So I don't forget, typical debootstrap command line for building a Debian sarge domain:

sudo debootstrap \
 --include='sudo,libssl0.9.7,libwrap0,zlib1g,ssh,libatm1,iproute,libncursesw5,screen' \
 --verbose \
 --arch i386 sarge /mnt/xen http://the.earth.li/debian
