		<description>I'd ask vendor S the upgrade costs (option D) and I'd not feel cheeky about it -- speak your mind, tell them you think you need the 2.4Ghz to match performance in your environment and you're willing to spend the cash to get it.

Although maybe be slow about mentioning that second part. ;-)
